Custom Item Range Combination

Allows for the changing of how far item entities combine in Minecraft. Optional client-side. I will not port this mod to forge. Should work on all Minecraft versions fabric works on. You can change the range by editing the config file: `custom_item_range_combination.json`, or running the command `/custom_item_range_combination range item_combine_range <range>`
